Effective
I have dark brown hair with grey creeping in at the hairline. Therefore I didn’t use all of the product but mixed about a third for my particular needs. This is a very effective product, and has good staying power – at the moment, it has lasted through about 4/5 washes.My only criticism is that it is very dark brown – verging on black. I will look into a slightly lighter shade when I re-order.

Leave on for full time if you have coarse hair.
I allowed five minutes for application and ten minutes plus five extra as advised for lstubborn grey. I would leave on for a few minutes longer next time. Greys are blended better, but not covered.

Splendid product , used it many times .
The product was fine , I’ve used it many times and are totally satisfied with it . Unfortunately the parcel had obviously been forced open and the internal contents also forced open but happily nothing was missing . I picked up the parcel immediately upon delivery , showing that the tampering had been done in transit , most disappointing .

I’ve used lots of the other brand root touch ups but this is the best so far. The application is so easy and the brush is firm enough to ace exactly where needed. Also easy to was off your sking so you don’t get staining.I just wish the no 4 dark brown didn’t keep going out of stock from this supplier

Actually works
I bought this to try it as due to work commitments I was unable to book in with my hairdresser. It lasts until it grows out and consequently the greys have started to show through 5 weeks later so have just ordered another.

If you’re absolutely desperate…
I have long covid and haven’t had my hair dyed since before Christmas (it’s now June) so I was beyond desperate. It made a reasonable job but washed out quite quickly so I’d only really recommend if you have no other option!!

Easy to use but not lasting
Although it’s easy to use, the brush is very handy, the effect doesn’t last long, it doesn’t cover greys like the regular hair dye and it washes off too quick.
